The Virginia Wine Showcase attracts an affluent metropolitan DC audience with an interest in wine, gourmet products and fine arts & crafts. The event is held at the Dulles Expo Center, just west of Washington DC near Dulles Airport, in Fairfax County. Fairfax and nearby Loudoun County are two of the most affluent counties in the country, and Dulles Expo Center is a venue that has proven to draw large audiences because of its convenience to the DC metropolitan population.
This event happens twice a year -

in February, the weekend before Valentine's Day,

and in August, when it's too hot to go outside
making it the ideal venue to market wine and gourmet products, chocolate, jewelry, fine arts & crafts, giftware, gourmet kitchen items, home improvement services and other "finer things in life" products.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation - Click here to download the Virginia sales tax Form. Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 5% for Fairfax County, Chantilly, Virginia. |

Booth Accessories - Each 10'x10' booth space will be equipped with 8' high background drape and 32" high siding drapes. A basic booth furnishings package, including 1- 8' covered and skirted table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket, is available for an additional cost of $45. Our show decorator, Hale Northeastern, does have a nice selection of booth accessories, such as tables, chairs, carpet, plants, additional drapes, etc..
